When filing for bankruptcy there are two different types personal bankruptcy of which you can file for they are chapter seven and chapter thirteen bankruptcies. When filing anyone of these bankruptcies you will need to provide all the necessary information of your debts such as mortgage, debit card bills and also medical bills etc. You cannot just select the debts that you want to list as you will have to list all of them or it will be a federal crime.

The next issue is the two different types of debit cards which are used by consumers are the multi location, multi purpose and standard types of cards. These cards are basically the visa™ and the master ™ type cards, and the next one is the store credit card which can only be used at the designated stores. The best example of this is a sears store debit card. There are also two different types of debt which are secured and unsecured debt most of the times when the multi purpose card is used and store credit cars are also used they create unsecured debt.

And the reason for this is because you did not put up any collateral against the loan, and when purchasing from some stores you can get a security from the interest and this is saying that if you don’t repay the loan the item that you have purchased will be repossessed for the balance. If you are using the multi purpose cards with unsecured debt filing bankruptcy under the chapter 7 bankruptcy will be the best thing for you as it will erase your bad credit score.
